These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MyBizAudit website (mybizaudit.com) and the purchase of marketing audit reports and related digital products ("Services") provided by MyBizAudit, operated by Colin Guilfoyle as a sole trader registered in Ireland ("we", "us", "our").
By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Services
MyBizAudit provides AI-powered marketing audit reports for local businesses. Our products are digital reports delivered electronically (PDF via email). We offer the following tiers:
- Quick Pulse (€49.99) — Essential marketing snapshot
- Full Pulse (€99.99) — Comprehensive marketing deep dive
- Pulse Pro (€149.99) — Premium audit with extended analysis, strategy roadmap, and 90-day action plan
- Monthly Pulse Monitoring ($29/month) — Recurring monthly progress reports
All products are automated, AI-generated digital reports. MyBizAudit does not provide consulting services, agency services, or custom work.
2. Orders & Delivery
When you submit an order through our website, you will be redirected to our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) to complete payment. Once payment is confirmed:
- We will begin generating your audit report.
- Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours to the email address provided at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we make every reasonable effort to meet them.
3. Payment & Pricing
All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles all tax collection (including VAT) on our behalf. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) or US Dollars ($) as indicated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, any price changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital reports generated specifically for your business, refund eligibility is limited:
- Before delivery: If your report has not yet been delivered, you may request a full refund by contacting us at hello@mybizaudit.com.
- After delivery: Refund requests after delivery will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund or credit if the report contains material errors or fails to cover the scope described for your chosen tier.
- Monthly Monitoring: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Abuse & Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with our report generation system — including but not limited to prompt injection, prompt hacking, submitting adversarial inputs designed to extract system instructions, or any other form of automated system abuse — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Orders involving such activity are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to cancel the order, withhold delivery, and ban the purchaser from future use of our Services without notice.
5. Accuracy & Disclaimer
Our reports are generated using AI analysis of publicly available information about your business (websites, Google Business Profile, review sites, social media, etc.). While we strive for accuracy:
- Reports reflect a point-in-time snapshot based on data available at the time of generation.
- We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will produce specific results (e.g., increased revenue, higher rankings).
- Reports are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or business advice.
- Data sourced from third-party platforms may be incomplete or subject to change.
6. Intellectual Property
Your audit report is licensed for your personal and internal business use. You may share it with your team, marketing providers, or advisors. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish our reports (in whole or in part) without our written permission.
All website content, branding, report templates, and methodology remain the intellectual property of MyBizAudit.
7. Privacy & Data
We collect the following information when you place an order:
- Business name, address/location, and website URL
- Your email address
- Any optional notes or focus areas you provide
This information is used solely to generate your audit report and deliver it to you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to process your payment (via Lemon Squeezy) and deliver your report.
For payment processing, Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy applies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBizAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
